The Programme

12 weeks. Three phases. One transformation.

Weeks 1–4

Reconnection & Foundation

Body awareness, nervous system regulation, technique mastery. Learn proper movement without fatigue. Better sleep, stable energy, improved body awareness.

2
Weeks 5–8

Metabolic Reactivation

Building real strength, improving metabolism, increasing work capacity. Progressive load increases. Visible strength gains, reduced energy crashes.

Weeks 9–12

Functional Strength & Confidence

Consolidating strength, building autonomy. Complex movement patterns. "I feel strong again", sustained daily energy, movement independence.

Common questions.

Do I need any previous training experience?

No. Foundation is designed for beginners and those returning to exercise. Every session is coached and modifications are always available.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You can progress to Strong Flow for added coaching support, continue with another Foundation cohort, or transition to 1:1 personal training.

How is intensity managed in a group setting?

Each session includes personalised modifications. You train at your own intensity within the group structure — never pushed beyond what's right for your body on that day.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held outdoors in and around Solihull, Birmingham. All you need is comfortable clothing and trainers.
