Looking for group training?
The Flow Strong programme offers structured group coaching at three tiers — from Foundation to Full Coaching.

How is 1:1 PT different from Full Coaching?
1:1 Personal Training is entirely bespoke — you're not following a group programme with modifications. Your programme is built from scratch around your specific goals, health history, schedule, and how your body responds. Every session is yours alone.
How often should I train?
That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients start with 2 sessions per week. We'll discuss the right frequency during your free consultation.
Is 1:1 PT suitable if I have injuries or health conditions?
Yes — this is one of the main reasons women choose 1:1 over group training. With full trainer attention every session, we can work carefully around injuries, post-surgery recovery, osteoporosis, joint issues, or any other conditions.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held outdoors in and around Solihull, Birmingham. We can also discuss other locations depending on your needs.
Can I combine 1:1 PT with a Flow Strong programme?
Absolutely. Some clients choose to run 1:1 sessions alongside a Flow Strong programme for additional support. We'll recommend the best combination based on your goals.
